Unused and unopened items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Items will be refunded once we receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We’ll replace any item that has been damaged or lost in shipment at no cost. Open items cannot be returned.



Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and ship from Seattle via USPS Priority mail or parcel. If there are any delays in processing your order, we’ll let you know. We can accommodate expedited orders or special requests, please contact us.
